Our property management package From £70 per hire.

This will be deducted from rental money sent to yourself end of each month.

The package Includes:

•  Advertising your Holiday Home on a number of platforms.
• Taking bookings & communicating with guests.
• Handling of deposits and rental money.
•  All Internal cleans including bed linen and any other laundry (Washed, Dried and Ironed)
• Arranging gas and electrical safety tests when required (money will be deducted from rental money)
•  External Cleans when required (1 free single van per year, 50% off 1st double clean, any others will be chargeable)
• Maintenance will be up kept (charge for parts and labour separate)
• All guests will have a meet and greet on arrival, and on departure we will collect keys in person to ensure no damage is done.
•  An inventory will be done of your property to make sure no damage.
• Each holiday home gets new toilet rolls, dish cloth, dish sponge, bin bags and refills on dish soap, hand wash and hand sanitiser on each clean
•  An information pack will be made and personalised to your holiday home, with leaflets for places to visit and local takeaways to give your guests the best options whilst they stay.
•  Welcome Packs can be made with tea, coffee, sugar etc (£10 - £15 each depending on contents, will be deducted from rental money)
• Looking after your holiday home keys if you do not wish to have a key safe.
•  Gas bottles ordered and paid for (will be deducted from rental money)
• Patrol every 2 days to check on your caravan.
• Rental money paid to you every month (1 Month in arrears) with breakdown statement sent via email.

 Everything is kept in house so no external companies to pay.
